Hola! I'm an assistant professor at the Department of Computer Science (DCC) of Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (PUC) in Santiago, Chile. I'm also a young researcher at CENIA (Centro Nacional de Inteligencia Artificial). Until July 2023, I was an assistant professor at the Faculty of Engineering and Science of Adolfo Ibáñez University (UAI). Before that, I was a postdoctoral researcher at the Department of Computer Science of University of Oxford, under the supervision of Standa Zivny.

I completed my Ph.D. in Computer Science at Universidad de Chile under the supervision of Pablo Barceló. Before that, I obtained a M.Sc. in Computer Science and a Mathematical Engineering degree also from Universidad de Chile.


RESEARCH

I'm broadly interested in algorithms, complexity and logic. I'm also interested in data management and machine learning.
